DL is an innovative instructional designer who has been developing performance improvement curricula for more than two decades, focusing on key business areas including customer service management, sales, customer loyalty, leadership and innovation. A leader in the field, DL is the talent behind some of the industry’s most creative, memorable and results-driven skill-building programming.

DL has developed and delivered customer service management training for Fortune 500 companies in the industries of entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, government, financial services, retail, insurance and automotive. As “Pathfinder” (Curriculum Director), she helped lead the path of putting “FISH! In a box” for Charthouse Learning, home of the original FISH! Philosophy.

Her impressive work history also includes the Disney Institute, where she was Director of Disney Institute Programming and Manager of Disney University, and AchieveGlobal Inc., a leading global training firm, where she was Vice President of Product Development, overseeing a multifunctional team that researched, designed, developed, delivered and produced profitable training products and change management solutions.

While at AchieveGlobal, DL was responsible for overall thought leadership for the Customer Service, Leadership Development and Sales Performance training portfolios.

In the corporate world, DL has more than 20 years of training experience and 10 years of leadership experience, including directing corporate training divisions, managing curriculum design and production, technical training and documentation, instructional design and consulting.

She is also an accomplished writer of creative solutions and technical documentation in the areas of curriculum development, training, marketing and education.

DL earned a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing and a Master’s in English from Florida state universities. She is an author of fiction, journal articles, blog content and book reviews and is a contributing writer to a book on customer service.
